Where should we start?

Bring one recurring task or a website you want to improve. An assessment can define an AI pilot; a website conversation can establish the audience, content, and scope. Each service can stand on its own.

What happens after I email?

I’ll reply to clarify what you need and arrange a conversation if the project looks like a fit. We then agree on scope, deliverables, timing, and fees in writing before work begins. Any paid assessment or consultation is agreed in advance.

What comes with handover?

Website handover includes editing instructions, account and hosting details, and a walkthrough. AI pilots include workflow instructions, review checklists, representative test results, and operating guidance. Your proposal specifies the editing access, documentation, and training included.

What costs or support continue afterward?

Your proposal identifies recurring costs such as the domain, hosting, and AI subscriptions, along with who manages each account. Ongoing updates, troubleshooting, and adjustments when providers change are scoped separately. The proposal sets the duration and scope of any included follow-up.

What should I send initially?

A short description of your practice, the task or website, and any timing or budget constraints is enough. Keep confidential documents and credentials out of the initial email. Access and provider terms are agreed before implementation.

That approach led me to create Counsel Engine, which helps lawyers organize research, develop drafts, and review the work.

I handle every engagement and answer every email myself. We’ll work directly together to define the project, review the work, and make the handover useful.
